摘要:目的改善以单烷基磷酸酯(MAP)为主表面活性剂的洁面乳体系的铺展性和流变性。方法研究不同的碱中和量、辅助表面活性剂、聚合物增稠剂等因素对产品黏度等性能的影响。结果MAP体系中和后pH 6.2~6.6之间性能良好;辅助表面活性剂羟磺甜菜碱和咪唑啉椰油两性醋酸钠两者复配有很好的稳泡、增稠性能;聚合物中Greenthix ACS(丙烯酸酯共聚物)有较好的增稠和分散性能,并能赋予产品良好的剪切变稀性能,耐热再恢复至室温后产品流变性基本不变,具有耐热剪切变稀的良好性能。结论MAP洁面乳基础配方中表面活性剂选用羟磺甜菜碱和咪唑啉椰油两性醋酸钠,流变添加剂选用Greenthix ACS。

Study on Basic Formula of Face Cleaner Containing Monoalkyl Phosphate Esters

Abstract:Objective To improve the extensibility and rheology of the face cleaner system containing monoalkyl phosphate esters(MAP) as a main surfactant. Methods The influences of content of KOH, secondary surfactant and thickening agent on the viscosity of product were investigated. Results When the pH was from 6.2 to 6.6, the face cleaner system containing MAP had good properties. The combination use of secondary surfactants such as a cocoamidopropyl betaine and imidazoline had good thickening property and foam stability. Greenthix ACS(acrylates copolymer)used as a thickening agent had good thickening property and dispersion ability. Besides, ACS could provide a good shear thinning for face cleaner and make the rheology of face cleaner a little changeable after being heated. Conclusion The cocoamidopropyl betaine and imidazoline as secondary
surfactants and ACS as a rheology additive are suitable in the face cleaner system containing MAP.

以单烷基磷酸酯(MAP)为主表面活性剂的洁面乳,其泡沫性能介于一般表面活性剂洁面乳和皂基型洁面乳之间,而温和性高于两者。MAP体系洁面乳既容易冲洗,脱脂力又较弱,使用性能及肤感良好,是个人护理产品的理想原料[1]。但MAP体系黏度较低时产品不够稳定,使用时用量不易控制;而增稠后又易形成剪切变稠的体系,出现果冻状,使用时很难分散[2]。
每次乳液倒出、膏霜挤出或唇膏涂抹以及产品放置时的稳定性和悬浮作用,都与产品的流变性相关。从软管或瓶中挤出乳液时应开盖时不会自动流出,但可平稳挤出[3],阻力太大或太小都不合适。系统的流变性可用黏度来描述,黏度是流动的阻力,黏度随剪切速率的改变而变化的模式对产品稳定性和功能有很大影响。当切应力超过塑变值以后,流体会发生剪切变稀从而易于铺展,这种性质称为稠度[4]。稠度是产品抵抗永久形变的性质和产品从容器中取出难易程度的量变标示[5]。假塑性流体便是一种容易“涂上”但看起来很稠的的产品,当剪切或摩擦时变稀,剪切停止时,迅速恢复至起始黏度[6]。
本文主要研究了MAP体系中的主要成分(主表面活性剂、辅助表面活性剂及聚合物)对产品流变性的影响。
