摘要：那他霉素是一种多烯大环内酯类抗真菌抗生素，是治疗真菌性角膜炎的有效药物。参考近年国内外的相关文献，对那他霉素的作用机制、抗菌活性及其治疗真菌性角膜炎的临床应用进行综述。
