摘要：目的建立摩罗胶囊的质量标准。方法用薄层色谱法鉴别处方中的玄参、麦冬、延胡索；用高效液相法测定制剂中芍药苷的含量。结果薄层色谱专属性强；芍药苷的线性范围为21.14～107.2 μg/mL，r=0.999 8，平均加样回收率96.19 %，RSD 0.45 %。结论该方法简便、准确，重复性好，可作为摩罗胶囊质量控制的标准。

    Study on Quality Standard for Moluo Capsule

    Abstract：Objective To establish the quality standard for Moluo Capsule. Methods Thin layer chromatography (TLC) was employed to identify Radix Scrophulariae, Radix Ophiopogonis and Rhizoma Corydalis. The content of paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC. Results The characteristic of identification by TLC was distinct and highly specific. The linear range of paeoniflorin was 21.14～107.2 μg/mL (r=0.999 8) and the average recovery was 96.19 % with RSD of 0.45 %. Conclusion These methods are simple, accurate and reproducible, and they can be used effectively for the quality control of Moluo Capsule. ......
