摘要：目的观察清热解毒软胶囊、维胺酯、安体舒通胶囊联用治疗面部寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法随机将300例寻常痤疮患者分为2组，治疗组250例，口服清热解毒软胶囊、维胺酯和安体舒通。对照组50例，口服阿奇霉素、维胺酯。2组均以10 d为1个疗程，4个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率96.0 %，对照组总有效率74.0 %，2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清热解毒软胶囊，维胺脂，安体舒通联用治疗面部寻常座疮疗效显著，临床症状改善快。

    Clinical Efficacy of Combination of Qingre Jiedu Soft Capsules, Retinamido-ester and Antisterone in Treatment of Facial Acne Vulgaris

    Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the combination of Qingre Jiedu Soft Capsules(with heat-clearing and detoxicating effect), retinamido-ester and antisterone in the treatment of facial acne vulgaris. Methods Three hundred patients with facial acne vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups of treatment group with the combination of Qingre Jiedu, retinamido-ester and antisterone for 250 cases and control group with the combination of azithromycin and retinamido-ester for 50 cases. For both groups, a course of treatment consisted of 10 days and the clinical efficacy was evaluated after 4 courses of treatment. Results The total effective rate was 96.0 % and 74.0 % for treatment group and control group, respectively. There was a statistical difference in total effective rate in both groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of the combination of Qingre Jiedu, retinamido-ester and antisterone is remarkable in the treatment of facial acne vulgaris with a rapid improvement in clinical symptom. ......
