摘要：缺血导致的心肌梗死发病过程中伴随着心肌细胞凋亡。研究表明，抑制或减少心肌细胞凋亡能阻止心肌梗死后心室重构和改善心功能。本文综述了细胞凋亡存在于心肌梗死的依据、相关的凋亡调控因子及其信号转导途径，以及减少心肌细胞凋亡的治疗方法，主要包括基因治疗、干细胞移植、天然产物活性成分治疗和联合治疗。

    Progress on Cardiocyte Apoptosis and Myocardial Infarction

    Abstract：Cardiomyocyte apoptosis has been associated with the pathogenesis of myocardial infarction induced by ischemia. Many studies have shown that inhibiting or attenuating cardiomyocyte apoptosis can prevent ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction and improve cardiac function. The article reviews the evidence of apoptosis in myocardial infarction, related regulating molecules and signal transduction pathway, and also reviews the therapies for reducing cardiomyocyte apoptosis including gene therapy, stem cell transplantation, the active components of natural product and the therapeutic alliance. ......
