单侧星状神经节阻滞对冠脉搭桥患者围术期心血管反应的影响(2)
同硬膜外阻滞相比较,SGB操作更简单,费用低廉,指标明确,并发症少,单侧星状神经节阻滞能够减轻冠脉搭桥患者围术期心血管反应,使患者在手术过程中血流动力学相对稳定,对患者尤其对其心脏具有保护作用,可使患者更加平稳地渡过围术期。
