[摘要]目的：建立复方制剂灵虎片中的有效成分虎杖苷的含量测定方法。方法: 采用高效液相色谱法，色谱条件：色谱柱：Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm)；以乙腈-水(25∶75)为流动相；检测波长：305 nm；流速：1.0 ml/min。柱温：室温。结果：虎杖苷在38.98~389.80 μg范围内成良好线性关系，r＝0.9998，平均回收率为100.23%，RSD为1.67%。结论：本测定方法简便可行、重复性好，可用于本制剂中有效成分虎杖苷的含量测定。
