院前静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死１８例疗效观察
[摘要]目的：观察院前静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死(AMI)的疗效。方法：在常规抢救治疗AMI的基础上，用尿激酶静脉溶栓，治疗组18例与对照组15例作比较。结果：再通率：治疗组83.3%，对照组60%，P<0.05，有显著性差异。结论：开展院前静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死可明显提高冠脉再通率。
