[摘要] 目的：探讨老年外伤性颅内血肿的观察和护理特点。方法：选择本科老年外伤性颅内血肿65例，针对该病种特点，制定详细的观察和护理方案，包括加强生命体征观察，注意防止并发症发生等。结果：经采用针对该病种的特殊护理，减少了并发症的发生，降低了死亡率，促进了患者的康复。结论：针对老年外伤性颅内血肿的特点，采用相应的观察和护理程序，有利于预防并发症的发生，促进康复。

    The observation and nursing care for the senile patients with traumatic intracranial hematoma

    [Abstract] Objective: To explore the observation and nursing features for senile patients with traumatic intracranial hematoma. Methods: 65 senile patients with intracranial hematoma were selected for the study. According to the features, the delicate observation and nursing strategies were formulated, including strengthening the observation of vital signs, prevention of complications, etc. Results: With the special nursing care, the morbidity and mortality were reduced, and the accelerated recovery was achieved. Conclusion: Different observation and nursing procedures according to the features of senile patients with traumatic intracranial hematoma are beneficial to the recovery and prevention of complications. ......
