HPLC测定葛根宝软胶囊中葛根素和大豆苷元的含量

     [摘要]目的：采用HPLC法测定葛根宝软胶囊中葛根素和大豆苷元的含量。方法：色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(200 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)；甲醇-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱；流速1.0 ml/min；检测波长250 nm；柱温为40℃。结果：葛根素在0.21~1.40 μg、大豆苷元在0.03~0.20 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系；平均回收率分别为100.7%和99.6%，RSD分别为0.8%和1.6%。结论：本法简便、准确，能有效地控制该制剂的质量。
