包头市东河区流动儿童免疫状况分析

[摘要]目的：了解东河区流动儿童免疫现状。方法：2006年6月在全区范围内开展流动儿童免疫状况调查。结果：建卡率97.3%，建证率98.0%，五苗全程合格接种率97.2%。1~2岁流动儿童建卡率、建证率、五苗全程合格接种率均高于3~6岁的流动儿童，东河区流动儿童主要分布在城乡结合部，流动人口以省内流动为主。结论：要加强城乡结合部预防接种管理工作。

[Abstract]Objective: To find out the immunization coverage rate of floating children. Methods: An investigation within the scope of whole area was conducted in June, 2006. Results: The rate of establishing immunization cards was 97.3%, the rate of establishing immunization certificates was 98.0%, and the whole course vaccination rate of five vaccines was 97.2%. The rate of establishing immunization cards, the rate of establishing immunization certificates and the whole course vaccination rate of five vaccines of 1~2 years old children were all higher than that of 3~6 years old children ......
