农村胆囊结石与膳食因素的流行病学研究

[摘要] 目的:探讨农村胆囊结石与膳食因素的关系。方法:采用1∶1配比病例对照研究方法,选择余江县某镇两个村委会60例患者为病例组,无胆囊结石者60例为对照组,两组间同性别、同职业、文化程度相当、年龄相差不超过2岁。对所得资料进行单因素及多因素条件Logistic回归分析。结果:早餐不规律、肥胖、高饱和脂肪及高胆固醇膳食为胆囊结石的危险因素,植物性食品为保护因素。结论:针对胆囊结石的危险因素,应改善生活方式,调整膳食结构,预防胆囊结石的发生。
