HPLC法测定安胎丸中黄芩苷的含量

[摘要] 目的：测定安胎丸中黄芩苷的含量。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱：Diamonsil C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm，5 μm)；流动相：甲醇-水-冰醋酸(50∶50∶1)；检测波长：315 nm。结果：黄芩苷的线性范围为12.75~127.50 μg/ml，平均加样回收率为99.48%，RSD为1.49%。结论：本法简便、准确、灵敏，可用于安胎丸中黄芩苷的含量测定。

[Abstract] Objective:To determine the content of baicalin in Antai Pill. Methods: High performence liquid chromatography(HPLC) was used with chromatographic column of Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm).
