[摘要] 目的：通过对178份药品不良反应报告的分析，提醒临床医务人员加强药品安全意识，减少药品不良反应的发生。方法：对我院2006年的药品不良反应报告汇总、分析。结果：药品不良反应发生较为普遍，使用频率越高，发生几率越大。结论：临床医师与药师在患者使用药物之后要加强ADR监测，确保安全、有效、合理地用药。

[Abstract] Objective: To analyze 178 ADR reports so as to promote the consciousness of drug safety in clinical medical personnel and reduce the incidence of ADR. Methods: A meta-analysis was performed on the ADR cases reported in 2006 in our hospital. Results: ADR occured universally,the higher using frequency , the more ADRs. Conclusion: Clinicians and pharmacists should strengthen the ADR monitoring after the medication to ensure the drug safety, effectiveness, rational drug use.
