[摘要] 总结29例上段输尿管狭窄所致肾积水患儿围手术期的护理经验。对上段输尿管狭窄所致肾积水患儿于围手术期实施全面的身心整体护理，29例患儿均恢复顺利，于术后15 d痊愈出院，无1例出现护理并发症，认为上段输尿管狭窄所致肾积水的围手术期护理是手术成功的保障。
