环孢素峰浓度(C2)监测在异基因干细胞移植术中的意义(1)

     [摘要] 目的： 观察我院2003年3月~2006年12月进行的异基因干细胞移植患者，探讨环孢素A峰浓度(C2)监测在异基因干细胞移植术中的意义。方法：采用荧光偏振免疫法(FPIA)分别对9例和12例异基因干细胞移植患者进行C0和C2监测。结果：当C0组浓度维持200~400 μg/L、C2组浓度维持500~700 μg/L时，可以提高CsA的效果并降低CsA的肝肾毒副作用。C2比C0更能有效预测排斥反应的发生。结论：CsA血药浓度受多种因素的影响，对异基因干细胞患者进行C2监测比C0监测更有效。
