根管显微镜在下颌前磨牙根管定位中的作用(1)

     [摘要] 目的：评价根管显微镜在下颌前磨牙根管定位中的作用。方法：选取来我院对下颌前磨牙诊治的病例共134例。其中，下颌第一前磨牙59例，第二前磨牙75例。在肉眼下，寻找根管口并记录数目，随后用根管显微镜在×5～×25的放大倍数下，重新寻找并记录。结果：15个(9.87 %)额外的根管被找出。其中，9个发生在下颌第一前磨牙，6个发生在下颌第二前磨牙。结论：根管显微镜的运用可以增加下颌前磨牙根管口的识别，提高根管治疗的成功率。
