[摘要] 目的：探讨不稳定骨盆骨折的护理对策。方法：回顾性分析2003年1月~2006年12月收治的33例不稳定骨盆骨折患者的临床救治和护理过程。结果：33例不稳定骨盆骨折患者中除1例因多器官功能衰竭死亡外，其余28例治愈，4例好转后要求出院。结论：及时观察病情并采取有效的护理措施，是有效防止并发症，提高疗效的关键。
