     [摘要] 目的：观察磁朱丸对失眠大鼠睡眠时相的影响。方法：在恒温、恒湿、自动光控和电磁屏蔽实验条件下，采用大鼠皮层脑电描记方法，观察了磁朱丸对失眠大鼠睡眠时相的影响。结果：给予大鼠磁朱丸后，大鼠觉醒时间明显减少，睡眠总时间延长，主要表现为延长慢波睡眠Ⅱ期(SWS2)和快动眼睡眠(REMS)。结论：磁朱丸能延长失眠大鼠的SWS2和REMS。
