[摘要] 目的：探讨运用中药对糖耐量异常患者进行干预的临床意义。方法：将138例糖耐量异常患者作为观察对象，给予健脾益气、清热利湿的中药汤剂进行临床干预，设定1个月为1个疗程，进行临床观察。结果：138例中有效率占94.9%。结论：中药干预糖耐量异常具有临床意义。

    Clinical observation about IGT treatment with Traditional Chinese Medicine of 138 samples

    [Abstract] Objective:Using Traditional Chinese Medicine to interpose IGT.Methods:Put 138 patients with IGT as observation objects. Interpose the disease by tisane which can reinforce the spleen to replenish the vital energy and clear away heat and promote diuresis. Make clinical observation for one month as the period of treatment.Results:The rate that the method is effective is 94%.Conclusion:Using Traditional Chinese Medicine to interpose IGT makes sense to the clinical treatment.
