    [Abstract] The expensive maintenance cost of medical apparatus has become a problem which gradually gets close attention by leaders and the equipment department in charge. This article makes a relative elaboration through purchasing contract of guarantee to keep apparatus in good repair or establishing equipment maintenance association and the like to reduce the maintenance cost and thereby make the max benefits.
