[摘要] 目的：分析新生儿医院感染与护理行为相关危险因素及预防措施。方法：采用回顾性调查，分析引起新生儿医院感染的因素。结果：传统的护理工作程序是造成病室空气污染的主要原因；护士操作的规范性、医务工作者自身的健康、各种侵入性操作、消毒隔离等问题都是造成医院感染的危险因素。结论：新生儿医院感染的发生率与护理工作关系密切，增强感染控制的意识，严格感染管理，可使感染率控制到最低限度。
