[摘要] 目的：探讨β-七叶皂苷钠在骨科中的应用。方法：将患者分为A、B两组，A组50例，四肢骨折术后使用β-七叶皂苷钠 ；B组50例，四肢骨折术后使用小剂量的甘露醇。观察两组术后2周时患肢肿胀消退情况。结果：A组效果明显，皮肤均出现肿胀消退后的褶皱，B组仍然比较肿胀，褶皱出现不明显，皮肤肌肉张力高，而且有部分不良反应。结论：β-七叶皂苷钠在骨科手术后消肿效果确切。
