[摘要] 临床上颈前路钛网植骨融合术后发生钛网沉陷的原因很多，如：骨密度下降、术中放置钛网时过度撑开椎体、椎体终板刮除过多、选用钢板类型多为非限制性钢板、螺钉进钉深度过浅等。辩证法的“度”会帮助医师把握分寸，减少术后发生钛网沉陷的并发症。
