[摘要] 目的：探讨老年患者骨折术后认知功能障碍的相关因素。方法：对2002年1月～2007年9月的58例年龄≥65岁的老年骨折患者进行回顾性分析。结果：8例出现精神和认知功能障碍，占同期手术者的13.8%。结论：老年患者骨折术后认知功能障碍与年龄、手术时间及骨折部位有关。
