[摘要] 目的：探讨24例食管癌患者术后相关并发症。方法：分析我院2003年10月～2007年7月治疗食管癌患者中出现术后并发症的病例。结果：吻合口瘘2例，肺部并发症6例，心律失常5例，胃排空障碍10例，死亡1例。结论：食管癌术后并发症发生与病理分期、病变部位关系密切，严重并发症一旦发生，处理棘手并可危及生命。
