五加生化胶囊治疗药物流产后阴道出血160例临床观察

[摘要] 目的：观察五加生化胶囊在药物流产中的止血效果。方法：用米非司酮及米索前列醇排出孕囊后，观察组160例口服五加生化胶囊，对照组160例口服益母草冲剂，观察其阴道出血时间及阴道出血量。结果：观察组与对照组比较，药流后阴道出血量和阴道出血时间均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)，观察组疗效好于对照组。结论：五加生化胶囊治疗药物产后阴道出血疗效确切。
