HPLC-荧光法测定替米沙坦血药浓度的方法学考察

[摘要] 目的：采用HPLC-荧光法测定替米沙坦的血浆药物浓度。方法：采用Agillent Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)，流动相为水-乙腈(58∶42，H3PO4调pH为4~5)，流速1.0 ml/min，荧光激发波长300 nm，发射波长380 nm。结果：替米沙坦浓度在5~200 ng/ml范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系，最低检测限为5 ng/ml。结论：该法准确可靠，适用于替米沙坦的血药浓度测定。
