止痛透骨膏治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床研究

[摘要] 目的：探讨中药止痛透骨膏治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：以止痛透骨膏与外用扶他林软膏对照，分别对74例膝关节骨性关节炎患者进行4周的疗效观察。结果：治疗组总有效率为88.79%,对照组总有效率为73.68%，P<0.05，二者有显著性差异。结论：止痛透骨膏对膝关节骨性关节炎有显著的治疗效果。

The clinical research about the therapy of bone arthritis of knee joint by Zhitong Tougu Ointment

[Abstract] Objective:To discuss the therapy of bone arthritis of knee joint by Zhitong Tougu Ointment. Methods: With Futalin to compare the curative effect that carried out 4 weeks respectively for the 74 regular bone arthritis patients of knee joint was observed.Results:Treatment group always effectivity was 88.79%;compared group was 76.68%(P<0.05),with notable discrepancy. Conclusion: Zhitong Tougu Ointment for the bone arthritis of knee joint has notable treatment effect.
