产房风险管理的实施成效分析(1)

[摘要] 目的：探讨风险管理在产房护理管理中的应用效果。方法：回顾性分析过去5年产房发生的36例护理缺陷的原因，提出相应的加强产房护理安全管理的对策，实施风险管理。结果：实施风险管理后护理质量达标率100%；患者满意度由2005年12月的89.3%上升至2007年12月的98.4%；难产率下降；分娩人数稳步增长。结论：产房风险管理能提高助产士风险意识，自觉地防范护理缺陷的发生，使产房工作质量得以保证。
