     [摘要] 目的：考察0.05% 醋酸氯己定溶液的化学稳定性，预测其室温存放的有效期。方法：采用经典恒温加速法预测该制剂的有效期，同时进行长期试验结果对照。结果：该制剂在室温 25℃下的有效期(t0.9)为3.62年。结论：用此法预测该制剂有效期的方法简单，准确可靠，可用于医院制剂的质量控制。
