薜荔多糖的提取方法及含量测定
[摘要] 目的:研究薜荔多糖的提取方法及含量测定。方法:比较水提、超声提取2种方法的薜荔多糖得率及含量。结果:水提、超声提取2种方法薜荔多糖的得率分别为19.36%、26.52%,含量分别为38.26%、45.84%。结论:超声提取是较好的提取方法。[关键词] 薜荔;多糖;提取方法
