[摘要] 目的：研究薜荔多糖的提取方法及含量测定。方法：比较水提、超声提取2种方法的薜荔多糖得率及含量。结果：水提、超声提取2种方法薜荔多糖的得率分别为19.36%、26.52%，含量分别为38.26%、45.84%。结论：超声提取是较好的提取方法。
