[摘要] 目的：观察脑震荡患者急性期和恢复期简易智能量表评分变化。方法：124例脑震荡患者急性期和恢复期接受了中文版简易智能状态量表(mini-mental state examination，MMSE)评估。结果：脑震荡患者恢复期的定向力、记忆力、计算力、回忆、语言等因子分和MMSE总分均明显高于急性期(均P<0.01～0.05)。结论：脑震荡患者急性期常伴有认知功能表现，而在恢复期部分指标可得到改善。
