156例脑梗死患者血浆同型半胱氨酸含量测定结果分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的：探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与脑梗死之间的关系。方法：选择脑梗死患者156例，另选121例健康体检者作为对照组，测定其空腹血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的浓度。结果：脑梗死组Hcy含量为(18.48±9.49) μmol/l，较对照组(13.92±4.13) μmol/l高，有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论：高同型半胱氨酸血症(Hhcy)是脑梗死的独立危险因素。
