[摘要] 目的：调查分析反复发作性紫癜肾常规治疗加中药外敷渗透治疗效果。方法：把中药微细化和液化处理，装袋加醋浸泡后外敷于两侧肾区，用药物导入仪促使药液进入人体。并用一般常规治疗。结果：完全缓解26.4%，大部分缓解36.1%，有效21%，本组有效率83%。结论：中药的外敷渗透治疗效果明显，值得进一步研究探讨。
