[摘要] 目的：根据股骨粗隆部骨折移位特点，探索动力髋部螺钉在股骨粗隆间骨折的应用价值及疗效。方法：采用动力髋部螺钉治疗股骨粗隆部骨折56例，对47例随访资料完整者分析并评定疗效。结果：所有病例均骨性愈合，关节优良率85.1%。结论：动力髋部螺钉治疗股骨粗隆部骨折操作简单，易达到解剖复位，固定牢靠，抗旋转作用强。

    Treatment of 56 cases on intertrochanteric fracture with dynamic hip screw
