外伤性肾上腺血肿的CT征像分析

[摘要] 目的：探讨外伤性肾上腺血肿的CT征像。方法：回顾性分析7例经手术及临床证实的外伤性肾上腺血肿CT资料。结果：7例肾上腺血肿均位于右侧；多呈椭圆形(4例)、圆形(2例)；境界清楚4例，伴有周围条片状影3例；6例行增强扫描后，血肿本身无强化。6例伴有其他脏器的损伤。结论：CT能够很好地揭示肾上腺血肿的病理改变，是诊断肾上腺血肿的有效方法，对于临床治疗具有指导意义。

[Abstract] Objective:To discuss the CT manifestations and CT diagnostic value of adrenal hematomas. Methods:The CT scanning data from 7 patients with post-traumatic adrenal hematomas verified by operation (5 cases) and CT follow-up scaning (2 cases) were analyzed retrospectively.Results:All lesions were located in right adrenal and showed oval (4 cases) or round (2 cases) shadow,homogenous or inhomogenous density, clear margin (4 cases). Stripe-like or plaque-like vague high density shadows in periadrenal fat were found in 3 cases of adrenal hematomas. 6 cases after administering contrast agents showed no enhancement ......
