一氧化氮合成酶基因多态性与冠心病的关系

[摘要] 目的：测定中国汉族人群内皮型一氧化氮合成酶基因(eNOS)G894T多态性，研究其在中国汉族人群中的分布以及与冠心病的关系。方法：对127例冠心病患者和110例正常人检测eNOS 基因多态性。结果：中国汉族人群eNOS基因有GG 、GT、TT三种基因型，GT+TT型与GG型和G、T等位基因频率在正常人和冠心患者中比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论：中国汉族人群eNOS基因多态性与冠心病无关。
