     [摘要] 目的：建立测定甘氨酰-L-谷氨酰胺有关物质的高效液相色谱法。方法：采用ODS C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm)，以0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钠缓冲溶液(用磷酸溶液调节pH至3.0)-甲醇(90∶10)为流动相，流速1.0 ml/min，于225 nm波长处测定。结果：在本色谱条件下，2种有关物质均能得到较好的分离，且在测定范围内有较好的线性及精密度。结论：采用HPLC法测定甘氨酰-L-谷氨酰胺有关物质的方法简便、准确、灵敏度高，方法可靠，可用于甘氨酰-L-谷氨酰胺有关物质的测定。
