[摘要] 本文主要从临床药师应具备的知识的专业性和全面性，参与临床诊疗活动的全程性，与医、护、患多方沟通的深入性，本科室工作内容、工作流程熟悉掌握的彻底性，临床药学服务质量需要不断提高的长期性等五个方面介绍了笔者在肿瘤专科医院重症监护病房从事临床药学工作的体会和经验，旨在与从事临床药学工作的同行们进行交流，以更好地促进临床药学工作的发展。
