[摘要] 目的：探讨皮神经营养血管蒂皮瓣的临床应用。方法：分析16例应用皮神经营养血管蒂皮瓣治疗四肢皮肤缺损的病例。结果：1例远端1/3坏死，经游离植皮修复，其余全部成活。结论：应用皮神经营养血管蒂皮瓣修复四肢皮肤缺损，具有良好的临床效果。
