[摘要]目的：探讨膀胱肿瘤的超声诊断及鉴别诊断。方法：对28例膀胱肿瘤患者进行超声检查，观察分析瘤体的二维图像、内部与周边血流特点，并将诊断结果与病理结果对照分析。结果：根据膀胱肿瘤二维声像图所见，结合手术探查和肿瘤病理检查结果，膀胱肿瘤声像图可分为四期，且存在一定的规律。 结论：超声对膀胱肿瘤有较高的诊断价值，综合分析二维及彩色多普勒声像图特点，可提高膀胱肿瘤诊断的准确率。

    [Abstract] Objective:To discuss bladder tumor ultrasound diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Methods:To carry out the ultrasound inspection to 28 example bladder tumor patients, and observe the lump body's two-dimensional acoustic image chart, interior and peripheral blood stream characteristic,diagnosis result and pathology comparison.Results:According to the bladder neoplasm two-dimensional acoustic image chart,the union surgery investigation and the tumor pathology check result,the bladder neoplasm acoustic image chart was divided into four issues, and had certain rule.Conclusion:The ultrasound has high diagnosis value to the bladder neoplasm, generalized analysis two-dimensional and colored doppler acoustic image tuteur spot, may enhance the accuracy rate of bladder neoplasm diagnosis. ......
