HPLC法测定四物胶囊中芍药苷的含量

[摘要] 目的：建立四物胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。以Kromasail C18(4.6 mm×250 mm，5μm)为色谱柱，甲醇-异丙醇-醋酸-水系统(25∶2∶2∶71)为流动相，检测波长为230 nm，流速为1.0 ml/min，柱温35℃。结果：芍药苷在0.288~2.880 mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好，r＝0.999 9(n＝5)；平均加样回收率为98.32%(n＝9)，RSD＝0.96%。结论：本法简便、快捷、准确，可用于四物胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定。
