     [摘要] 目的：探讨DHS联合拉力螺钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法：采用DHS联合拉力螺钉内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折治疗34例。结果：平均随访13个月，34例骨折全部愈合。1例出现轻度髋内翻，3例患肢短缩在1.0～1.5 cm，均能独立步行，生活自理。21例已取出内固定，余13例患者因高龄而放弃内固定取出。结论：DHS与拉力螺钉进行老年股骨粗隆间骨折内固定治疗，手术较简单，稳定性好，是临床治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的一种合理选择。
