[摘要] 目的：探讨CT在肠梗阻中的诊断作用，提高肠梗阻的诊断率，指导临床治疗。方法：回顾分析33例肠梗阻的CT检查报告。结果：CT对于肠梗阻病因的诊断符合率为81.8%(27/33)。其中对肿瘤引起的肠梗阻有更高的准确性为92.3%(12/13)。结论：提高征象认识有助于提高其诊断率；CT诊断肠梗阻有极大的优势。

    [Abstract] Objective:To evaluate CT in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction and develop diagnosis rate.Methods:To analysis the CT finding of 33 cases with intestinal obstruction retrospectively.Results:The diagnostic accurate rate ofCT was 81.8%,and it had more accurate rate in tumor CT diagnosis, which was 92.3%. Conclusion:It is helpful to develop accurate rate that we strengthen the understanding of signs, and it is well worth of CT diagnosis in intestinal obstruction. ......
