[Abstract] The qualitative indexes of performance evaluation of managers in general hospital are so more than the quantitative indexes at present. Subjectivity of evaluation is so strong that it can't ensure the objectivity and fairness. This article explores those methods of performance evaluation, and puts forward the assumption of performance evaluation.
