[摘要] 目的：探索负压封闭引流技术治疗损伤感染创面的护理要点。方法：2006年10月~2007年5月，对42例应用负压封闭引流技术治疗损伤感染创面的患者进行护理观察。结果：42例应用负压封闭引流技术治疗的患者“人工皮”全部成活，无护理并发症发生。结论：手术后维持患者适当的体位，持续恒定的负压吸引，密切的护理观察和引流管的管理是护理的关键环节。
