     [摘要] 目的：通过比较生物活性，探索对天然虫草与人工虫草菌丝体的质量进行控制的方法。方法：采用邻苯三酚自氧化法和DPPH自由基清除实验来评价天然虫草与人工虫草菌丝体的抗氧化活性。结果：人工虫草菌丝体具有比天然虫草更好的抗氧化活性，抗氧化活性与虫草中含有的某些成分的含量有关。结论：抗氧化活性可以作为评价人工虫草菌丝体质量的指标之一。
