[摘要] 目的：探讨不稳定骨盆骨折治疗方法和效果。方法：22例不稳定骨盆骨折，均行切开复位内固定。结果：所有患者随访6～29个月(平均13个月)，骨折均愈合，其18例功能评价为优。结论：不稳定型骨盆骨折一旦血液动力学稳定应尽早作内固定术，较保守治疗有许多优点。当前后骨盆环均有损伤时，应重点强调后方损伤的准确复位。

    Internal fixation treatment in 22 patients with unstable pelvic fracture

    [Abstract] Objective:To explore the treatment method and effect of unstable pelvic fracture. Methods: The clinical data of 22 pelvic fracture patients treated with interfixation methods were reviewed respectively.Results:All patients were followed up for 6~29 months(13 months on average) and all cases were cured,18 cases function were valued excellent. Conclusion:The earlier treatment of internal fixation should be made as soon as the hemodynamics is stable.It has more advantages than conservative treatment.When the anterior and posterior pelvic ring were both disruption.It should put strong emphasis onthe posterior disruption accurate replacement. ......
