[摘要] 目的：观察老年股骨粗隆间骨折采用鹅头加压髋螺钉(DHS)内固定的疗效。方法：选取69~93岁股骨转子间骨折的老年患者40例，采用闭合复位DHS固定治疗，并进行手术功能锻炼。结果：随访6~12个月，平均10个月，40例患者，骨折均已愈合、内固定牢固、功能恢复良好。结论：老年股骨粗隆间骨折采用DHS内固定结合术后功能锻炼，能早期骨折愈合及功能恢复，疗效良好。

    Clinical observation of treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures with dynamic hip screw on aged patients

    [Abstract] Objective: To observe thetreatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures with dynamic hip screw on aged patients. Methods: 40 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fracture aged patients were treatment with dynamic hip screw and undertake with functional exercise. Results: All patients were followed up in 6~12 months, average 10 months.The internal fixation was firm and union of fracture and well functional recovery. Conclusion: Treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures with dynamic hip screw on aged patients can promoted union of fracture and functional recovery. ......
